Meet the Amara's A Team, a highly experienced team of health and wellbeing coaches brought together by a shared vision.
A vision to create a space to support guests to find a greater personal equilibrium and a natural balance in which they can thrive. By working physically through yoga, hiking and breath work as well as nutritionally and mindfully during the retreat the coaches will share their knowledge of how to create a life in balance to recharge and recalibrate.
Natalya
Our Yogi Queen
Natalya’s teaching style is dynamic and inspiring but always adapted to the needs of her retreat students and incorporates different bodywork elements that she has collected from her own training and personal growth whilst travelling around the world.
Her yoga style is a mix of Hatha, Kundalini, Vinyasa and dynamic meditative techniques learnt in India and which forms the basis of teaching stress relief, physical well-being, personal transformation, and a greater level of self compassion and awareness.
Alan
Our Health & Hiking Guide
After a highly successful career in the automotive industry Alan's personal passion for physical and mental wellbeing led him to become the holistic wellbeing champion and motivator for a dynamic Fintech start up. Now Alan is a Kytherian resident running regular yoga classes for the islanders and is one of the greatest explorers of every hidden path on the isle. All our hiking guides are true nature lovers with an amazing wealth of knowledge of the islands local flora, fauna and history. Guests will be treated to stories of the trails and the history of the area as they hike.
Sarah
Our Wellbeing Warrior
Sarah’s commitment to health and wellbeing came from her own personal journey from burnout to breakthrough.
Over 20 years she has traveled the inner and outer world extensively in search of some of the oldest practices as well as the new emerging wellness approaches, to support her own and her clients search for a natural buoyant health. Sarah is a Reiki Master, a councillor, retreat organiser and travel and wellness writer.
Reconnect to a healthier more vibrant way of being.
